a – C Yoga is happy to announce a new series of yoga classes. For October, November and December we are offering weekly Vijnana and Acro Yoga classes with Nelle, Hugo and Maria João. Keep your ears open for weekend events. Roz is off sunbaking in Australia, so you’ll need to wait until ’19 to join her again for yoga.
